Costco Warehouse

A number of large stores and malls can be found in the town of Lihue on the east coast of Kauai.

Among them is the largest shopping center on the island (Kukui Grove Center).  Macy's, K-Mart, Wal-Mart and Home Depot are all represented at the mall.

The town of Lihue is also home to a Costco Warehouse.  If you are visiting Kauai on a budget, Costco is a great place to purchase food and other items.

In general, the cost of living on Kauai is much higher on the island than it is on the US mainland.
