Condos on Kauai in Hawaii

If you plan to stay in Kauai for long periods, it can be less expensive to buy a condo rather than to pay for costly hotels.  Your condo can then be rented out when you are away from the island.

Unlike the island of Oahu, there are no large condominium towers on Kauai.  There is, in fact. a law that stipulates that buildings can be no taller than a coco palm!  Kauai condos are consequently built in low-rise buildings.
